The residence Les Balcons d'Anaïs is made of 3 charming typical chalets of Savoie. From th e balconies you can enjoy the magnificent view on the resort.
The residence is located at the foot of the lifts and chairlifts, nearby the shops and the heart of the resort (100m).

All the apartments are fully furnished and equipped with:

- Hiking and alpine mountaineering

Explore the paths and conquer the wide open spaces of the "Parc National de la Vanoise". Come close to the magnificent flora and fauna in its natural environment. The guides from La Norma organise trips each week to the mountain peaks, as high as 3000 m to see mountain antelopes and marmots or to profit from numerous mountaineering itineraries of all levels.

At the heart of the Vanoise range, the mountains offer you numerous alpine paths of all levels. The classicals : la Dent Parrachée (3697m), the crossing range of the dômes de la Vanoise, la Grande Casse (3852 m).


- Rock climbing

La Maurienne Valley is a climber's paradise with all sorts of rocks to offer a maximum of variety. Ranging from the artificial wall to the biggest climbs, our guide offers a varied quality of climbing for adults or children (over 6).


- Via ferrata

This sport is a mixture of hiking and rock climbing. The "devil's via ferrata" (via ferrata du Diable) is one of the most beautiful in Europe. The circuit is made of 6 trails that can be done in 4 to 6 hours. There are even 2 trails catering to children.


- Husky Adventure

The Hanouck excursion for children offers the chance for them to experience a half day of hiking accompanied by dog-sledge Huskies and their guides. Discovery of nature and the energy and affection of an animal, social interaction with peers… are all the order of the day. An unforgettable experience for young mountaineers.


- Mountain Biking

La Norma's mountain bike circuits belong to the Esseillon mountain bike national centre. Pedal at your own rate in the mountain bike spirit along the 200 km of marked paths and tracks of different levels.
You can also take the gondola with your bike, admire the breathtaking view and ride down from a height of 2000m. You can rent your bike in the resort's shop. Outings with qualified guides are organised during the week.


- Adventure Park

Set in a magnificientt spruce forest of 4 hectares, 15 km from La Norma (Termignon). Suspended rope bridges, swinging Tarzan ropes, rope ladders ans many other activities. Thrills from tree to tree.
