Shared part by both of the 2 units: a private path with gate, lawn on the south side of the house with sea view.
In the case where « Rochers Blancs 2 » on the garden level, is occupied, the tenants of « Rochers Blancs 1 » (above), must not occupy the lawn in front of the veranda of « Rochers Blancs 2 », but may use this for access.
