Champagny is part of the enormous ParadiSki area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 140 lifts. From Champagny you get in 7 minutes by an express cable car on 2000 m altitude and you reach the glacier section by high speed chair lifts. Great 10 km run from “Roche de Mio” back to the village-resort of Champagny, with 1500 m vertical drop. To Courchevel / ski-area 3 Vallées about 15 minutes by car.

A genuine village to be discovered in green mountain setting. With its country cottages, its cross-country skiing tracks and a gondola carrier connecting the village in 7 mn to the field of La Plagne, Champagny combines natural, tradition and great skiing.
The baroque church ST SIGISMOND is built on a hillock of gypsum at Champagny le Bas. It conceals some fine treasures, two retables and a magnificent glory beam.
