Saint Chaffrey has a very nice central area, near the pistes, where you’ll find everything you need : skilifts, supermarket, hotels, apartments, bars, restaurants, shops, beauticien, photographer etc.
If you cross the main road (via the subway) you’ll find more ski shops, bars, restaurants, a chemist, newsagents, hairdresser and even a karaoke bar.

Charming quiet house located in the peaceful village of St Chaffrey. The living area is spacious and ideal for your evenings by the fireplace.
Authentic mountain house with bent rooms at the ground floor. You will appreciate the 2 chimneys, the first one in the living room (70m2) and the second one in the dining room. You will enjoy your own garden.

Serre Chevalier is a unique resort in the heart of the Southern Alps.
Sixteen villages, all different, make up one of the largest resorts in Europe.

The largest domain of the Southern Alps stretches from 1200 m to 2800 m of altitude to offer you an exceptional snow coverage and a very long period of sunshine.

- The alpine area of Serre Chevalier : ski the best over 250 km (155 miles) of pistes

Serre Chevalier offers 111 downhill runs (of which more than 50 % are suitable for advanced and expert skiers) : it offers everything from gentle slopes of a hundred meters upto some of a couple of kilometres such as "La Briance" or the "Fréjus" way to more challenging runs with a thousand meters of vertical drop like the "La Casse du Bœuf" "Le Tabuc" or "l'Olympique Luc Alphand" .
Thoses who prefer wild nature can drop into the famous "Vallons de la Cucumelle" or into the wild slopes of "Le Col du Vent" or "Le Cibouït". You can also choose to do night skiing in Briançon on the Vauban run (2km) or on Mickey One in Villeneuve.


- The Cross Country Area : 35 km (22 miles) to escape.

Serre Chevalier Cross Country area runs through all the villages of the valley. From Saint Chaffrey to the bottom of the Lautaret pass, you will discover magnificent tracks including 10 kilometers of skate lanes, mostly through the larch woods that make Serre Chevalier such a charming resort. In total there are 35 kilometers of groomed trails, for beginners as well as experts, that will delight everyone keen to enjoy the mountain scenery.
