Charming residence fully renewed in a typical alpin style, the Balcons d'Anaïte is the ideal place to spend holidays in the Mont Blanc area.

Situated at 800 m from the heart of the village and at 1,5 km from the lifts, you will be able to enjoy this particular atmosphere given to Chamonix. Free shuttles come to pick you up at the residence every 30 minutes to take you to the town centre and to the several lifts of the resort.

The residence is equipped with:
A jaccuzzi, a hammam, a sauna, body-building equipments, a bar and a laundry.

The residence and the appartments are modern and comfortable
Each appartment is fully furnished with a kitchenette, dishes, covers and pillows.

Resting at the foot of Mont-Blanc our skiing domaine has no equal…Skiing in Les Houches combines long desecnts through pine and larch forests within view of the spectacular peaks of the "Aiguilles de Chamonix".

Not surprisingly it is the location of regular international events and serves as the training ground for the French National Ski Team. By yourself or with the local ski schools, you will discover a varied choice of pistes for : downhill, cross-country, surf, telemark or ski-jumping. It’s all here !
